- water - chicken thighs - garlic cloves - bay leaves - potatoes - corn - zucchini - carrots - green cabbage - cilantro - lime juice - kosher salt - your favorite toppings
Add in all remaining vegetables and cook for 15 minutes, until tender. Remove bones from chicken, shred or cut into bite-sized pieces.
Add the shredded chicken, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Serve soup in large bowls and top with your desired mix-ins!
