Roast poblano peppers in the oven and remove skin. Layer peppers and cheese in a baking dish. 


Make egg mixture by combining eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, salt, garlic, onion powder, oregano, and pepper. 


Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish with peppers and cheese. Bake for 45 minutes. 


Allow to rest at room temperature, then cut and serve with your favorite salsa!
