These Easy Steak Fajitas are juicy, tender, flavorful, and way better than the ones at your favorite Mexican restaurant!

- flank steak - onions - poblano pepper - bell peppers - orange juice - lime juice - olive oil - seasonings

Ingredients Needed

Cut your steak against the grain and as thinly as possibly to prevent it from being chewy.

*Quick Tip!*

In a large bag add all the ingredients, except salt and pepper. Marinate in the fridge for 2 hours minimum.


Remove meat from marinade and coat both sides with pepper and salt. In a large skillet cook steak on both sides for 3 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and cover with aluminum. 


Add the onions, peppers, oil, and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 8 minutes, until the veggies are soft.


Serve steak fajitas in a tortilla with your favorite toppigs and enjoy!
