Ingredients

– dark beer – honey – balsamic vinegar – jalapeño , sliced – garlic powder – smoked paprika – raw shrimp – ancho chili powder – olive oil – lime juice – salt and pepper

For serving – corn tortillas – cilantro – cabbage, thinly sliced – limes – jalapeño slices – guacamole

In a large bowl, combine shrimp, salt, ancho chili powder, olive oil and lime juice.

In a medium pot over high heat, add the beer, honey, balsamic vinegar, jalapeño slices, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Bring to a boil.
