These Black Bean Brownies are easy to make, fudgy, healthy and completely flourless. All you need is a can of black beans and a blender!
Let’s get started!
- black beans - eggs - sugar - butter - cocoa powder - chocolate chips - ground cinnamon - baking powder - vanilla extract
Let brownies cool for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
Place all of the ingredients into your blender, except for the chocolate chips, and blend until smooth. Pour the batter into a baking dish, top with chocolate chips.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
