  • 1 15-ounce jar light mayonnaise (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 2 limes, zested and juiced
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder



To make this sauce a little spicier, add in an extra chipotle pepper in adobo sauce.
To make this sauce into a dressing for use in burrito bowls and salads, mix in a splash or two of water until it reaches your desired dressing consistency.
Storage tips: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 months.
