Take a break from turning on the oven and stove this summer, and grab your blender instead. It’s time to whip up a batch of fresh gazpacho!

- olive oil - roma tomatoes - cucumber - Roma tomatoes - onion - garlic - cilantro - red wine vinegar - salt - pepper - ground cumin - cayenne pepper - your favorite toppings

Ingredients Needed

Add all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.


Taste and season with more salt. Transfer to a large container, cover, refrigerate 4 hours. 


Serve cold with croutons, cilantro, and a drizzle of olive oil!
