- olive oil - flank steak - bell peppers - red onion - chili powder - kosher salt - garlic powder - onion powder - ground cumin - smoked paprika - black pepper - lime juice - chopped cilantro - your favorite toppings
Spread out the steak and veggies onto a sheet pan in a single layer to bake for 12 minutes. Transfer the veggies into a bowl and cover to keep warm.
