Sheet pan steak fajitas

Juicy steak and veggies are combined in this easy recipe for Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas. Bake it all at once for easy cleanup and serving!

- olive oil - flank steak - bell peppers - red onion - chili powder - kosher salt - garlic powder - onion powder - ground cumin - smoked paprika - black pepper - lime juice - chopped cilantro - your favorite toppings

Ingredients Needed

Toss peppers and onions into a bowl with the seasonings to fully coat. Season both sides of the steak with oil, salt, and pepper.


Spread out the steak and veggies onto a sheet pan in a single layer to bake for 12 minutes. Transfer the veggies into a bowl and cover to keep warm.


Move the sheet to the top rack in the oven and broil to get a nice char on the meat. When it’s done, let the steak rest on a cutting board before slicing it into thin strips.


Add a spritz of fresh lime juice to the fajitas, garnish with cilantro, and serve!
