- shredded chicken - shredded cheese - flour tortillas - white sauce - yellow onion - salt & pepper - cilantro
Save some time by buying a cooked rotisserie chicken and shredding it at home!
Roll each tortilla to tightly close. Lay the rolled enchiladas in a baking dish, seam side down.
In a saucepan make the roux using butter and flour. Stir in all ingredients for the white sauce. Once the sauce is bubbling remove it from the heat.
Pour the white sauce over your prepared enchiladas. Bake for 30 minutes, garnish with cilantro, and enjoy!
