Ingredients Needed

Make sure to place the taquitos seam side down in all the cooking methods. This will prevent the filling from falling out.

*Quick Tip!*

Mix the shredded chicken and all seasonings in a large bowl—taste and season with more salt. 


Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 2 minutes. Put a spoonful of chicken mixture and cheese on each tortilla. Roll tightly and secure the seams with a toothpick.


At this point, you can choose to bake, fry, or even air fry them. 


Remove the toothpicks from the taquitos, and serve with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, Mexican crema, and guacamole.
