- olive oil - ground turkey - chicken broth - can diced tomatoes - canned beans - pumpkin puree - sweet potatoes - chipotle pepper - chili powder - ground ginger - ground cumin - kosher salt - garlic - onion - can dice tomatoes - your favorite toppings
Add remaining oil to Dutch oven then add the onions and garlic to cook. Place cooked meat back into Dutch oven along with all other ingredients.
Mix together and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce to simmer and cook for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 15 minutes.
Serve with chopped cilantro, fresh limes, and avocados for extra flavor!
