Save some time by buying a cooked rotisserie chicken and shredding it at home!
In a large bowl, toss together some shredded chicken with 1/2 cup of the green cream sauce.
Assemble enchialdas by filling the tortillas with chicken mixture and cheese. Place them seam-side down in the baking dish. Pour the cream sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly. Top with sliced onions and fresh cilantro!
