Mexican brownies

These fudgy and chocolatey Mexican Brownies have a pop of flavor thanks to a little cayenne and cinnamon. Brownies are best enjoyed fresh or can be frozen for later!

Let’s get started!

- chocolate - cayenne pepper - cinnamon - flour - butter - eggs - sugar - vanilla extract

Ingredients Needed

Don’t overmix the batter! Overmixing will make the brownies dense and less fudgy.

*Quick Tip!*

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a saucepan melt butter and chocolate over medium-low heat.

01

Stir in sugar and vanilla extract into the saucepan. Then mix in the eggs until combined.  Fold in the wet ingredients into the dry ones.

02

Line a pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Bake over 350°F for 32-36 minutes, until center is firm.

03

Let brownies cool completely, slice and enjoy!
