- cauliflower - olive oil - onion - tomato - garlic - broth - tomato paste - paprika - cumin - salt & pepper

Ingredients Needed

You can buy frozen riced cauliflower at the store.

*Quick Tip!*

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add onions, tomato, and garlic. Then sauté for 10 minutes.


Add broth, tomato paste, salt, paprika and cumin. Mix together until tomato paste has completely dissolved.


Add riced cauliflower, stir to fully combine the broth. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until cauliflower has softened.


Remove from heat and serve with chopped cilantro and fresh limes, enjoy!
