- all-purpose flour - pecan halves - powder sugar - vanilla extract - fine salt - butter
All out of pecans? Try using different nuts like walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, or pistachios!
Make the cookie dough by beating together all other ingredients and ground nut mixture. Then form dough into a flattened disc and chill for 1 hour.
Form the chilled dough into 1-inch balls. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 350°F.
Once cooled, roll each cookie in remaining powdered sugar to coat all sides. Serve and enjoy!
