Preheat your air fryer to 390℉. In a large bowl, add the chicken breasts, bell peppers, red onion, olive oil, white wine vinegar, chili powder, kosher salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Toss gently to evenly coat.
Place half of the chicken and fajita vegetables into the air fryer basket and air fry for 11 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Transfer the cooked fajitas into a serving platter or bowl and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
Air fry the remaining chicken fajitas and transfer to the serving platter once fully cooked.
Top with lime juice and chopped cilantro. Serve with warm corn or flour tortillas and fajita toppings like guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
Notes
Air fryer: Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to air fry the fajitas in more or less batches. If you have an extra large air fryer or a model with two baskets, this recipe is even quicker and is ready in about 15-20 minutes. Here's the air fryer I have.
Give it a shake! Shaking the air fryer basket halfway through is important so the chicken fajitas are cooked and browned evenly.
