This ceviche recipe is one of my favorite easy, light, and refreshing meals! It’s bright and full of fresh ingredients, perfect for seafood lovers.

- raw shrimp - lemon juice - lime juice - red onion - Roma tomatoes - jalapeño - garlic - cucumber - cilantro - salt - pepper - tostadas or torilla chips

Ingredients Needed

Dice shrimp into small pieces and place into a bowl. Add lime, lemon, red onion, and garlic to the shrimp bowl and give it a light toss.


Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes until the shrimp is bright pink and opaque.


Add the tomatoes, cucumber, and cilantro to the bowl. Lightly toss to combine, cover, and refrigerate for an additional 10 minutes.


Add diced avocados, salt, and black pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
