MEXICAN BRUSSELS SPROUT SALAD

Brussels sprouts

First, you’ll want to grill the ears of corn on an outdoor grill or  indoor grill pan. Brush the corn with olive oil and grill until the  entire ear of corn is lightly charred in spots.

Assemble the salad by adding the grilled corn to a large bowl along  with the brussel sprouts, feta cheese, cilantro, and radishes.

Next, make the dressing by whisking the ingredients together in a small bowl or a jar.
