Carne en su Jugo is a popular Mexican stew made from beef browned in bacon fat and simmered in its juices along with a tangy tomatillo sauce, mixed with pinto beans, and topped with chopped bacon, diced onion, and cilantro.
It’s the perfect one-pot meal and will easily be an instant hit!
That’s it! While not required, your feedback is very important to us and we encourage you to please leave a star and written review on the recipe page.

The Isabel Eats Cooking Challenge is a monthly cooking club aimed to help motivate and inspire you to get in the kitchen.
My goal is to bring together our virtual community and celebrate our love of delicious Mexican food.
Each month, I’ll pick a recipe for the Isabel Eats community to make. Then all you have to do is snap a photo of the dish, and email it to me for a chance to win a $100 Amazon gift card! To help our team develop the best recipes, we appreciate your feedback and ask that you leave a comment and star rating on the recipe, but its not required.
