DELICIOUS!! I think this is the most moist cornbread I’ve ever had. The jalapeรฑos add a nice kick with a cheesy flavor. Very savory! Try it, I guarantee you’ll love โค๏ธ it too!

    Hola Isabel,

Your recipes are delicious and I believe true authentic Mexican Food that I have grown up with .
My Familia is from Guadalajara , and although I was born there, I was raised in Tucson, Arizona since the age of 4.
However, my Mom and Abuelitaโ€™s cooking was all from Jalisco and delicious and your recipes remind of their cooking .
One thing I really miss from Abuelita is her โ€œpan de levadura โ€œ.
I have not been able to find a recipe and was wondering if you might one that you could share.

Adelante con tus esfuerzos y muchas gracias !!

    Saludos,
    Eddie
